I don’t understand this. In Spain you’re allowed to grow small amounts for personal use. No one should have to smuggle it thru the Post.
What can they possibly be smuggling so small that it fits in an envelope the size of an envelope?
Spaniards, Portuguese, not the same at all, trust me. And I think that most Spainiards wouldn’t try to send weed to themselves…but there’s always a few idiots that make the rest look bad.

Portuguese and spanish are not the same, to start portuguese speak english

OK, OK I admit! Spaniards and Portugese are very different! I just spent some time (for the first time) in Portugal and I loved it very much!
